FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
- Foundation with reinforced concrete footings and struts.
- The building will be built with a reinforced concrete structure executed in accordance with current regulations (Structural Code 2021 and NCSE -02).
COVERS
- General roofing of the dwellings by means of a non-trafficable inverted roof system with thermal insulation according to CTE and finished in volcanic gravel.
FACADE AND PARTITION WALLS
- Façade composed of ½ foot perforated brick masonry with single layer cement mortar and exterior smooth stone paint, air chamber with 50 mm rock wool and interior lining of double 13+13 mm plasterboard.
- Interior plastic paint finish.
- Separation between dwellings formed by ½ foot of perforated brick and rock wool and double 13+13 mm plasterboard on both sides (CTE DB HR).
- Interior partition walls of double plasterboard 13+13 mm on both sides and interior rock wool 50 mm. Total thickness 10 cm (CTE DB HR).
- Cladding of walls separating the terraces of houses and enclosure of the plot with single-layer cement mortar and smooth exterior stone paint.
CARPENTRY INTERIOR
- Hinged doors of smooth white lacquered wood and stainless steel hardware.
- Wooden sliding doors with SCRIGNO type casement, white lacquered, stainless steel hardware.
- Reinforced wooden entrance door, white color, stainless steel hardware.
- Cabinet front with smooth hinged leaves in white lacquered wood, stainless steel fittings.
COATINGS
- Interior flooring of the house with rectified porcelain floor tiles in imitation wood, 20×120 cm format.
- Flooring of upstairs terraces: same material as housing with non-slip finish.
- Flooring of first floor terraces with 20 mm thick porcelain tile flooring, non-slip finish in gray stone tone, 30×120 cm format, laid on plots.
- Bathroom flooring with rectified porcelain tile in light ivory tones, 60×60 cm format.
- Access street and parking areas with paving finished in a cobblestone-type texture, in a stone gray, non-slip tone.
- Swimming pool area with 20 mm thick non-slip porcelain pavement, finished in gray stone tone, 30×120 cm format, laid on plots, combined with artificial grass areas.
- In general, plasterboard and smooth white plastic paint.
- Bathroom walls tiled with light ivory porcelain tile, 30×90 cm format.
- False ceiling plasterboard 12 mm, smooth plastic paint and false ceiling with hidden profiles 60 x 60 in secondary bathrooms to locate air conditioning machinery.

CARPENTRY EXTERIOR CARPENTRY AND GLAZING
- Exterior carpentry made of textured matt white lacquered aluminum profiles, and sliding or fixed aluminum shutters of the same color and WPC ANNAPURNA slat IPE color 40×40 mm.
- CLIMALIT glass (3+3)+9+(3+3) (21 mm).
- STADIP 6+6 (12 mm) type glass in areas with danger of falling on private terraces.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
- High electrification level 9,200 W.
