FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE

  • Foundation with reinforced concrete footings and struts.
  • The building will be built with a reinforced concrete structure executed in accordance with current regulations (Structural Code 2021 and NCSE -02).

COVERS

  • General roofing of the dwellings by means of a non-trafficable inverted roof system with thermal insulation according to CTE and finished in volcanic gravel.

FACADE AND PARTITION WALLS

  • Façade composed of ½ foot perforated brick masonry with single layer cement mortar and exterior smooth stone paint, air chamber with 50 mm rock wool and interior lining of double 13+13 mm plasterboard.
  • Interior plastic paint finish.
  • Separation between dwellings formed by ½ foot of perforated brick and rock wool and double 13+13 mm plasterboard on both sides (CTE DB HR).

CARPENTRY EXTERIOR CARPENTRY AND GLAZING

  • Exterior carpentry made of textured matt white lacquered aluminum profiles, and sliding or fixed aluminum shutters of the same color and WPC ANNAPURNA slat IPE color 40×40 mm.
  • CLIMALIT glass (3+3)+9+(3+3) (21 mm).
